And, a regional printer of stock certificates, annual reports, prospectuses, etc. The size of the certificate measures 8-1/2"x11", (Company 2).

• Certificate style # and color plus the amount of blank certificates you wish to order  
• Signature and Title of 2 Individuals Signing Certificate
  - Please sign a number of times on one blank sheet of paper and indicate which signature(s) you like best. (If you can, save as a TIF file and email the signatures).
• Impression of Corporate Seal
  - Imprint a blank piece of paper, (we can use a facsimile).
• Certificate Copy (front & back)
  - We can use standard language, if desirable.
